• You tell me what you need -
  More customers?
  Bigger sales? A new brand or image?
  A better internet presence?
• I listen, think, and suggest solutions.
• We define a plan of action and a budget to
  get you from where you are now to where
  you want to be.
• Some of the actions may be things I can do
  for you. Some may be ones you can do.
  Sometimes we reach out to others.
• We set the plan in motion. I coach, nudge,
  provide services where appropriate, monitor
  progress, and adjust as necessary.
